We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in an outpatient pediatric setting.
In this role, you will
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and RBTs
- Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on data
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across environments
- Partner with interdisciplinary team members including SLPs, OTs, and PTs
- Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory guidelines
- Model treatment strategies through direct client work to ensure fidelity and skill generalization
Requirements
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification and state licensure (if applicable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
