We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in an outpatient pediatric setting.

In this role, you will

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and RBTs
  • Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on data
  • Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across environments
  • Partner with interdisciplinary team members including SLPs, OTs, and PTs
  • Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory guidelines
  • Model treatment strategies through direct client work to ensure fidelity and skill generalization

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification and state licensure (if applicable)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
