We are seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services in an outpatient pediatric setting.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Providing clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and RBTs
  • Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans based on data
  • Collaborating with families to ensure consistency across environments
  • Partnering with interdisciplinary team members such as SLPs, OTs, and PTs
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Modeling treatment strategies by working directly with clients to ensure fidelity and skill generalization

Qualifications Include

  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification and state licensure (if applicable)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA services
