About the Role:
Join Ready Set Jump Learning Center LLC as a Before and Afterschool Educator, where you will play a vital role in shaping young minds in a fun and supportive environment. Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage students during before and after school programs.
Drive bus to drop and pick children up from school.
Plan and implement creative and educational activities.
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Assist with homework and encourage academic growth.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress.
Maintain a clean and organized space for learning and play.
Collaborate with team members to enhance program offerings.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in education preferred.
Previous experience working with children in a group setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities.
First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
Positive attitude and a passion for child development.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late afternoons.
Background check clearance required.
