Now is your chance because we are looking for an Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team.Our team consistently operates at 130% shop efficiency, ensuring a steady flow of work and plenty of hours for motivated technicians.Benefits:Transfer existing ASE/OEM Certification towards Ford CertificationPay negotiable based on experience30 HR a week guaranteeHealth, Medical and Dental401K PlanPaid time off and vacationGrowth opportunitiesEmployee vehicle purchase plansFamily owned and operatedLong term job securityFlexible Work ScheduleResponsibilities:Complete assigned repairs from work orders efficiently and in line with dealership standards.Conduct road tests and use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to evaluate vehicle systems and components.Troubleshoot, service, and repair various vehicle systems such as the engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, steering, brakes, and HVAC.Work closely with the Service Advisor to keep customers updated on necessary repairs and provide accurate time estimates for any additional work.Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and specifications.Qualifications:3+ years of Service Technician experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentASE or other OEM Certification required.
