This role is responsible for promoting Beauty for Ashes programs, events, and resources through social media, email marketing, and digital storytelling, ensuring the ministry's message is communicated clearly and consistently.This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about women's ministry and enjoys using marketing and communication skills to share the story and impact of Beauty for Ashes, helping more women, churches, and partners engage with the ministry.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Content Strategy: Develop and manage marketing efforts that promote Beauty for Ashes programs, retreats, and initiatives.
Responsibilities include:Creating and implementing marketing strategies for ministry programs, events, and campaignsPlanning and maintaining a marketing content calendar for social media and email communicationsCreating promotional campaigns to increase awareness and engagementDesigning or coordinating promotional graphics and marketing materialsCoordinating content submissions from staff and ministry contributorsSocial Media Management: Manage and grow Beauty for Ashes' presence across social media platforms.
Responsibilities include:Managing ministry social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms such as TikTok)Creating, scheduling, and posting social media contentMonitoring comments, messages, and engagement across platformsResponding to inquiries and connecting with followers and alumniTracking analytics and identifying high-performing contentAdjusting strategies to increase reach, engagement, and audience growthMonitoring trends relevant to women's ministry and digital engagementEmail Marketing & Audience Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with ministry participants, alumni, and supporters.
Responsibilities include:Managing the ministry's email marketing platform and contact databaseMaintaining and organizing email lists and audience segmentationCreating monthly newsletters and ministry updatesDeveloping email campaigns for events, programs, and giving initiativesBuilding drip campaigns for new contacts and participantsTracking engagement metrics such as open rates and click-through ratesImproving communication flow with alumni and participantsStorytelling & Testimony Development: Help communicate the impact of Beauty for Ashes by sharing participant stories and ministry outcomes.
