Description
- Join an established practice with dedicated and respectful partners, with longstanding commitment to the community.
- Seeking a general or subspecialty trained neurologist interested in building a general neurology practice at Marion General Hospital
- Highly supportive staff who manage clerical duties including prior-authorizations, routing of referrals and orders, patient phone calls, etc.
- Advanced Practice Provider support
- Position offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. Neurology is a consulting inpatient service.
- Marion General Hospital is part of the OhioHealth Stroke Network, and is a Primary Stroke Center. No stroke call is required; tele neurology responds to all acute stroke symptoms.
- Available procedures: EMG, EEG, Botox injections, trigger point injections
- General Neurology with Subspecialty fellowship training welcome. EMG capabilities are desired but not required.
Requirements
- BE/BC in Neurology through the American Board of Medical Specialties
