Leading a remote team, the full-time BDR Team Lead will manage day-to-day coaching, development, and performance support for the BDR team while contributing to both personal and team quota attainment. Key responsibilities Coach and support BDRs through regular 1:1s, call and email reviews, and in-the-moment feedback Monitor and improve team performance across key metrics such as activity pacing, meetings, and lead follow-up Partner with Regional Vice Presidents of Sales to align on account priorities and communication plans Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 4+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or a similar commercial role 2+ years of experience coaching or leading peers in a sales or business development environment Experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft
