Grace Hill is assembling a BDR function from the ground up, and you will own it end-to-end. You will hire reps, configure tooling, define what a qualified opportunity looks like, and mature the playbook to scale.
You will manage 3–6 BDRs in your first year and be measured on pipeline, conversion, and weekly reporting. This role blends builder instincts with disciplined operating rigor, in a remote US-based setting.
