BCI Algorithm Research Lead

• Translate goals into data, modeling and online evaluation work.
• Assess accuracy, false activations, calibration and latency.

What we are looking for

• Education: PhD. Relevant fields include computer science, signal processing or biomedical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Algorithm research and project leadership experience.
• End-to-end EEG or BCI research experience.
• Signal processing, machine learning and Python/PyTorch.
• Knowledge of leakage, cross-subject evaluation and online feedback, with team leadership.
• Establish experiment management and code-quality practices.
• Explain your individual contribution clearly and work carefully across disciplines.
