Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Hourly Rate: $60.00 - $82.00 per hour, based on skilled and experience
Location: San Francisco, CA area
Position Summary
RCM Healthcare is currently seeking a BCBA to provide support students in the San Francisco California area.
Responsibilities
Schedule / Shift
- Shift details: Monday - Friday Position
- Hours per week: 30-40
- Holidays and breaks off
Key Duties
Under the supervision of the Director of Special Education Services:
- Act as a resource on behavior management to Special Education staff
- Provide coordination, consultation, and program development for behavior management processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of Behavioral Intervention Plans
- Act as case manager for emotionally disturbed students placed in non-public school programs
- Conduct functional analysis assessments and prepare documents
- Assist in soliciting meaningful involvement of parents in the implementation of positive behavior intervention plans and in the determination of appropriate placement
- Coordinate referrals to outside agencies as identified in behavior plans
- Provide and/or coordinate staff development on behavior management
- Assure district awareness of the provision of full educational opportunities in a least restrictive environment
- Function as a cooperative and contributing member of district and SELPA teams
- Provide support in the implementation of the due process regulations
- Represent the Director of Special Services as requested at district, SELPA, community, agency, and professional meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Licenses & Certifications
- Required: Active California BCBA Certification on the BACB
Skills
- Experience working in a school setting as BCBA (preferred)
