Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Cassatt, SC
We are seeking a qualified BCBA to provide district-wide behavioral support to students receiving special education services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Analyze behavioral data and monitor student progress
- Provide behavior consultation and coaching to teachers and support staff
- Support students with Autism, emotional/behavioral needs, and other disabilities
- Collaborate with special education teams on IEPs and behavioral goals
- Train staff on evidence-based behavior management and ABA strategies
- Provide behavioral support across multiple school sites as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with special education requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience providing behavioral services to school-age students
- Strong experience with FBA, BIP development, ABA, data collection, and progress monitoring
- Knowledge of special education and IEP processes
- Strong consultation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and travel between school sites as needed
- Experience supporting students with Autism and behavioral challenges preferred
