Overseeing implementation of treatment plan
* Assist staff in day-to-day training for targeted behavioral needs and implementing behavior support plans
* Train staff to implement strategies to prevent occurrence of target behaviors and de-escalation strategies
* Provide ongoing monitoring of data and make programming adjustments as needed
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related program
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
* Prefer minimum of one year working after BCBA certification
* Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
* Spanish Speaking
Utilizing the principles of ABA to influence socially important behavior
* Serving individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
* Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
