BCBA - In-Home and Community-Based ABA Therapy Specialist

New Patterns ABA - CT, a leading provider of compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy, is seeking a skilled and dedicated BCBA to join our team in Westchester County, NY. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in helping us discover each individual's potential and support their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy services, utilizing evidence-based strategies and techniques
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and successful treatment outcomes
• Conduct assessments, data collection, and analysis to measure progress and identify areas of improvement
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members to promote a culture of respect, empathy, and trust
• Stay current with research and best practices in ABA therapy, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
