Plum Behavioral Services, in partnership with Alpaca Health, is seeking a BCBA who loves supporting RBTs, connecting with families, and creating programming that truly matters.
Your focus will be ongoing clinical care: supervise and mentor RBTs, review data and client progress, edit programs, and build relationships with families.
We welcome neurodivergent clinicians and may consider a BCBA trainee with a Master’s in Special Education and a Colorado teaching license.
