Ultimate Caring ABA in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking a BCBA to lead in-home ABA services, supervise RBTs, and help establish our clinical standards as we grow. You’ll shape treatment plans, ensure ethical practice, and promote family engagement.
Based at our Dallas office, you’ll serve learners across Dallas County, collaborate with schools and other providers, mentor staff through our certification track, and pursue leadership opportunities within our Founder-led, clinician-led team.
