We are seeking a talented BCBA to join our growing ABA team at our DORCHESTR CTR, MA location. As a BCBA with Champions ABA - MA , you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing high‑quality ABA services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify goals and objectives

• Implement and supervise ABA treatment programs to achieve maximum client outcomes

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and other team members

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client progress and treatment plans
