The candidate will design, implement, and supervise Behavior Support Plans, conduct FBAs and BIPs, and train staff while providing crisis support and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Active Tennessee LBA with BCBA credentials is required, plus Master’s in ABA or related field, BACB coursework, and supervised fieldwork. PCM certification is preferred within 60 days of hire.
