Strides ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-home ABA team. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children, conduct assessments, and analyze data to drive effective interventions.
The role offers flexible scheduling with after-school and after-hours opportunities, working in person, hybrid, or remote settings across New Jersey. A BCBA certification and experience with pediatric behavior analysis are required.
