Magical Moments ABA seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time/part-time capacity. You will develop individualized BIPs based on assessments, collect and analyze progress data, and adjust programs to maximize positive outcomes for clients.
You will supervise clients, RBTs, and BCBA candidates, conduct remote or in-person sessions, and train families to ensure consistent application of skills. Collaborative, ethical practice is essential to our mission.
