Thrive Hive ABA LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services and supervise RBTs in a flexible remote/in-person setting. You will develop ITPs, conduct FBAs, and train families to generalize ABA strategies across home and community environments.
You will supervise staff, review progress, and collaborate with the Clinical Director to maintain ethical, high-quality care for children and families served by Thrive Hive ABA LLC.
