Compensation and Bonus Structure

  • Total Compensation Package: up to $117,000 annually plus bonuses based on center size, mentorship, and supervision of trainees.
  • Bonus Structure:
    • Monthly Performance Bonuses (uncapped).
    • Mentorship Bonuses for supervising RBTs pursuing their Master’s.
    • Certification Bonuses when therapists become certified.

Scheduling and Work‑Life Balance

  • Remote Work Benefit: up to 3 remote days per month plus up to 16 additional assessment related remote days per year.
  • Schedule: Monday‑Friday daytime hours.
  • Time Off: Almost 30 days off in Year One including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.
  • Manageable Caseload: up to 3 children.

Your Role

  • Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high‑quality ABA therapy services.
  • Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals for comprehensive care.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, self‑improvement, and professional development within the center.
