Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
- Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
- Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.
Compensation and Benefits
- Total Compensation Package up to $120,000 annually . Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.
- Base salary plus performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and potential long-term ownership opportunities.
- Bonus Structure: Monthly performance bonuses (uncapped), mentorship bonuses for supervision hours, and certification bonuses.
- Relocation Packages available to ease transition.

Scheduling and Work-Life Balance
- Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work-from-home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment-related days per year.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours.
- Time off: Almost 30 days in Year One (holidays, PTO, CEU days, flex days).
- Caseload: Support up to 3 children to promote sustainable performance.
