Operant Search Partners are seeking an experienced and passionate BCBA Clinical Director to lead and support a growing team providing high-quality, in-home ABA services to children and families. - Current BCBA certification.
- Master's degree in Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Previous leadership or management experience within an ABA setting.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioural intervention practices.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to BCBAs and behaviour technicians across in-home service programmes.
- Review and guide the development of individualised treatment plans that align with best-practice ABA methodologies.
- Monitor client progress and support teams in making data-driven treatment recommendations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop clinical staff through regular feedback, training, and professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, payer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Partner with families to maintain strong communication and support positive treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance service quality, team engagement, and programme effectiveness.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for clinical team members.
- Lead case reviews and contribute to strategic planning around clinical growth and service delivery.
