Compensation & benefits
- $82,000-$100,000 base salary plus bonuses
- $50/hour supervision bonus above 30 hours/week

What you will do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism and developmental needs
- Supervise and train RBTs and Behavior Therapists
- Run your own intakes and report writing
- Provide family training and guidance
- Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and mental health providers as part of an interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- State licensure where required (Illinois or Texas)
