Your Role as a BCBA
- Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based intervention plans.
- Adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards.
- Lead and mentor behavior technicians to ensure exceptional client care.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, service providers, and team members for cohesive client support.
- Supervise and train RBTs, reviewing session notes for accuracy and quality.
- Actively engage families in ABA therapy to drive better outcomes.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
- Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
- Minimum of 1 year as a BCBA.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
