Job Details
We're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in the Long Beach, CA area. In this role, you'll design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism, conduct a range of standardized assessments, and collaborate with families and support staff to drive meaningful progress.
You’ll need
- Active BCBA certification and a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related discipline
- At least one year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism
- Hands-on experience with assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA
- Solid working knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies
