We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Virginia. This part-time position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while working under the clinical direction and supervision of a Clinical BCBA.

Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programs based on ABA principles
- Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations to ensure progress toward goals
- Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct-care staff
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to promote consistency across environments
- Conduct caregiver training and provide ongoing guidance to support treatment goals
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical consultations with the Clinical BCBA

Salary and Schedule
- Pay Range: $80 - $100/hour
- Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week

Requirements
- Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensure: Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine, or eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure prior to the start of employment
- Continuing Education: Must maintain all required certifications, licensure, and continuing education requirements throughout employment
