We can't emphasize enough how vital your abilities of attention to detail are in this role, as you must adhere to the pre-authorized service schedule and properly document every service provided. IAC is proud to have full billing transparency. Office Managers are responsible for making the daily client schedules.
Nothing gets billed to insurance without BCBA approval. We expect minimum of 28 billable hours weekly. IAC is growing quickly, and we can accelerate your career faster than any other company you will ever work for.Job DescriptionWork In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm.1-2 days remote as per schedule.Perform Assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions, etc).Create Individualized, research-based client programs.Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.Supervise Interns /trainers and RBTs in-center and in-home.Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training.Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests), intake.Safety Management.Qualifications/RequirementsMaintains BACB Certification.Maintains State Certification.Maintains BLS / CPR certification.Maintains NPI number.Maintains QBS certification or other restraints/holds training.Maintains updated CAQH account.Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or another related field from an accredited university.No criminal background.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active.ExpectationsProvide high-quality care to our clients.Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB.Maintains client privacy by HIPAA laws.Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment.Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers.Should be able write protocols for Trainers/Interns.BenefitsSalary per hr if interested in working part-time (depending on experience).401k match.Full-time $90,000-$105,000 based on experience.15 days paid holidays per year- included in your salary.15 days PTO year 1, then 1 additional day per year in employmentHealth Insurance.Performance Bonus.Company paid Professional Liability Insurance.Company paid BLS / CPR certification.Company paid QBS Safety certification.Company-paid CEUs.Opportunities for advancement.
