Role Description

Full or part time Hybrid based out of one of our center locations:

Texas- Longview

Texas- Kaufman

Indiana- Terre Haute

Indiana- Seymour

Indiana- Bloomington

Full or Part time Remote with BCBA licensure in Indiana or Texas

Salaried and Contract Positions available

• QualificationsCurrent Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and analyze data-driven outcomes.
• Experience supervising and coaching behavior technicians or RBTs in the delivery of ABA services.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in electronic health records or practice management systems and basic computer applications.
• Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care and continuous professional development; experience with autism services or pediatric populations is preferred.
