The Role
We're hiring a BCBA to provide behavioral consultation across New Jersey. Hours are flexible and built around each individual's needs and authorized budget. Services are delivered in-home, in group homes, in day programs, and in hybrid settings. Join as a W-2 employee or 1099 contractor - your choice.
Schedule
Part-time or per-diem. Typically 1 hour/week per individual for initial assessment, phasing to 30-60 min/week for ongoing monitoring. In-home, group home, day program, or hybrid.
What You'll Do
Conduct FBAs and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs); train and support staff, families, and caregivers; supervise RBTs as needed; monitor data and adjust interventions; collaborate with Support Coordinators and interdisciplinary teams; document services per DDD requirements.
What You Bring
Active BCBA certification in good standing; active NJ Behavior Analyst license (or in process); experience with adults with IDD; reliable transportation and willingness to travel across NJ; ability to clear state & federal background checks, CRDD registry, and DDD trainings (Danielle's Law, Stephen Komninos' Law, HIPAA, UIR, ANE) before service delivery.
