The Opportunity
Drive the development and refinement of battery models, working with a collaborative technology team to improve cell and pack performance across industry-leading products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to algorithm design and development using Python and MATLAB/Simulink
- Develop and enhance battery life models
- Test prototype algorithms and support product integration
- Analyze test data and share insights
- Stay current with advancements in battery modeling and electrochemical engineering
What We're Looking For:
- MS in a relevant field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years' experience in battery modeling/testing, ideally for automotive or mobility applications
- Proficient with Python and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of cell design, chemistry, and performance
- Thermal modeling experience a plus
