1X is building humanoid robots for home use, and the Battery team owns energy storage and power delivery for NEO. You will design, prototype, validate, and productionize battery solutions that meet demanding weight, space, safety, and lifecycle requirements in a real-world robot.
You will work with cells, modules, packs, test systems, and robots, applying data from lab tests and real-world operation to improve performance, lifetime, and manufacturability.
