We strive to transform the global energy and transportation market by enabling cost effective and secure domestic battery supply.Position: We are looking for a Technician to assemble battery cells on Coreshell's Pilot Line, operating manufacturing and testing equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced development environment.Core ResponsibilitiesExecute pilot line manufacturing processes including: electrode handling, stacking, tab welding, electrolyte filling, vacuum sealing, and formation preparationFollow and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).Maintain dry room protocolsAdhere to quality standards and documentation requirementsMaintain organized production records and traceability documentationRequired Minimum Qualifications and ExperienceAssociate's Degree in a science related field2+ years of experience in battery assembly, manufacturing, or lab operations preferredAbility to follow detailed manufacturing procedures and engineering instructions.Familiarity with chemistry lab safety protocols.Ability to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs occasionallyManual dexterity for handling small components and toolsAbility to wear PPE including gloves, safety glasses, and respirators if requiredLocation & Benefits: San Leandro, CA. Hourly rate is $30-35 per hour with additional stock incentives dependent on experience. Dental, vision, healthcare and 401(k) benefits are included.
