BatcherLocation: Chicago, ILPay Rate: $17.05/hrShift: 3rd shift CJob Title Warehouse Associate (Batcher) Job Location Chicago, IL Job Shift Monday thru Friday 11pm-7amJob Duties/Responsibilities:Measure and prepare raw materials for batching according to production specifications and formulas.Operate batching equipment and machinery to mix ingredients in proper proportions.Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure accurate and efficient batching processes.Maintain records of batch production, including quantities, materials used, and any adjustments made.Inspect materials for quality and report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of batching equipment to comply with safety and hygiene standards.Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of batches for further processing.Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.Qualifications & Requirements:Familiarity with batching processes and equipment typically used in manufacturing or production environments.Ability to read and interpret production formulas, recipes, and specifications.Basic mathematical skills for accurate measurement and proportioning of materials.Strong attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies or errors in batching operations.Physical ability to lift and move materials as required during the batching process.Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards.Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively.
