Batcher - 2nd Shift

General PurposeOversee the operation of mix rooms by working from schedules and formulas to utilize production's schedule to plan the sequence of mix needed to flow from tanks.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollect required samples needed for Quality Assurance testingExercise care and follow all sanitary process procedures associated with the pumping of mixMaintain working knowledge related to ingredient mix for batching purposesReport any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediatelyMaintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issuesFollow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentProduction or general work experience preferredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMust be able to read, write and speak EnglishAn Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
