Batch Processing Technician

Batch Process TechnicianA leading manufacturing organization in the Concordville, PA area is seeking a Batch Process Technician to support both production and quality operations. This is a hands-on role combining batch processing and QC lab testing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy working on the floor and in the lab, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career.Responsibilities:Perform batch production activities including weighing, mixing, and processing materials according to batch instructionsConduct QC testing on in-process and finished products (e.g., physical and chemical testing, sensory checks, and lab measurements)Accurately document batch records and QC data in accordance with company and regulatory standardsFollow production schedules and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operationsOperate and maintain equipment including mixing systems, CIP systems, and lab instrumentationSupport troubleshooting efforts for both production and quality-related issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant work environmentEnsure adherence to safety, quality, and food/manufacturing standards at all timesRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred (science-related field a plus)1–2+ years of experience in batch processing, manufacturing, or quality/lab environmentMust be comfortable performing both production (batching) and QC/lab testing responsibilitiesAbility to lift up to 15 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally based on production needs)Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document dataBasic computer skills and ability to work within data systemsUnderstanding of GMP, quality, or regulated manufacturing environments preferredReliable transportation and flexibility to work any shift requiredStrong teamwork and communication skillsOur client offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including: Union environment with structured pay increases (regular raises and promotion opportunities) Overtime eligibility and additional pay incentives Medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan options Paid time off and additional employee support programsSystem One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
