Batch Operator – Textile ManufacturingNesco Resource is hiring a Batch Operator. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented candidate with manufacturing experience who is comfortable working with raw materials, chemicals, formulas, and industrial production equipment.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and mix batches of chemicals, dyes, solutions, or other materials used in textile productionMeasure, weigh, and combine raw materials according to established formulas and batch sheetsOperate mixing tanks, pumps, blenders, and other batching equipmentFollow recipes and production specifications carefully to ensure accurate batchesMonitor temperatures, mixing times, chemical levels, and other processing requirementsTransfer completed batches to designated production equipment or storage areasProperly identify, label, and document batches and materialsRecord lot numbers, weights, quantities, and other required production informationPerform basic quality checks and report any product or material inconsistenciesClean tanks, containers, tools, and equipment between batches as requiredFollow proper chemical handling, PPE, SDS, and plant safety proceduresMaintain a clean and organized production areaAssist other production departments as neededQualificationsPrevious textile, chemical, manufacturing, machine operating, or batching experience preferredAbility to accurately follow formulas, measurements, and written instructionsBasic math skills, including weights, measurements, and quantitiesStrong attention to detailAbility to work safely around chemicals and industrial equipmentForklift experience is a plusAbility to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical duties throughout the shiftDependable attendance and reliable transportationAbility to work independently and as part of a production teamNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
