Batch Mixer (1st Shift)

We're looking for hardworking, hands-on candidates with Batch Mixing experience in the Distillery, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Food Production, or Beverage industries.

Experience working with heated tanks, blending systems, production formulas, and strict process controls is highly preferred.This is a blue-collar, roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, following proven formulas, and being part of the production process. If you've ever worked around brewing, distilling, mixing, blending, compounding, or manufacturing environments, we want to hear from you!Shift: M-F 7am-4pmPay Rate: $18-20/hrResponsibilities:Blend and batch provided recipes to produce alcohol beveragesObserve equipment to troubleshoot possible malfunctionsReport malfunctions to managerSet up & operate machinery that blends raw ingredientsMonitor and review inventory in departmentOperate forklift is a plusFollow processing standardRequirements:Basic skills in reading, writing and arithmetic are necessary.Experience following recipes.Quality Inspection experience in manufacturingAbility to follow detailed work instructions.Good manual dexterity is necessary.Basic computer understandingKnowledge of machineryUnderstanding of the different types of mechanical testing equipmentGood communication skillsReliable transportation
