Batch Maker

Batch MakerWe are currently looking for a Batch Maker to join us at our facility in Brighton, MI. This role is responsible for producing high-quality coating products by following batch formulas, handling raw materials, operating production equipment, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.Key Responsibilities:Manufacture batches according to production formulas and work instructions.Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials.Handle solvents, resins, pigments, and other production materials.Operate mixing and production equipment safely and efficiently.Complete batch records and production documentation.Monitor product quality and follow standard operating procedures.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.Minimum Requirements:Ability to speak, read, and write English required.Successful completion of a background check and physical examinationMust be able to lift at least 55 lbs. and wear required PPEPrevious manufacturing, production, or batch-making experience is preferred.Reach truck and counterbalance forklift experience preferred.High school diploma or GED preferred.
