Strengthen our capabilities as you design, develop, install, test and document applications software — including server, client and web components
Play a vital role in designing, documenting and delivering technical architecture solution elements
Support coordination between application architects and developers to make sure design requirements are accurate and deliver the desired ROI for clients
Define and develop project requirements, functional specifications and detailed application solution designs for clients
Focus on the details as you develop technical documentation and test plans to support integration and deployment
Advance key goals and objectives for Gainwell and our clients by working closely with software developers
3+ years of Software Design, Development, and Application Support experience , with on-call support experience preferred.
~3+ years of hands-on experience with C Batch, Unix/Linux, and SQL; experience with Python is a plus.
~ Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Software Design Principles, Operating Systems, and Application Development Policies and Procedures; Web Services Development experience preferred .
~ Proven programming and technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to design, develop, and support solutions across multiple programming languages and environments.
~ Fully remote opportunity with the option to work anywhere within the United States.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required.

The pay range for this position is $58,200.00 - $83,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. All salaried, full-time candidates are eligible for our generous, flexible vacation policy, a 401(k) employer match, comprehensive health benefits , and educational assistance.
