Vendor is providing design work along with Impact Assessments which outlines, at a detailed level, how they will/would implement these customizations. Strong Base24-eps development skills including C++, Java, and XML Experience with both Base24 Classic and Base24-eps on the Tandem platform Mobile payments experience would be an added bonus.
