We're seeking a Building Automation Systems Lead in Phoenix, AZ to supervise field installation crews while performing hands-on startup and low-voltage wiring for commercial projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead field installation crews of three to six people on commercial job sites.
- Install conduit systems including EMT, rigid, flex, and cable trays.
- Mount control panels, sensors, relays, actuators, and various field devices.
- Terminate low-voltage wiring and verify all electrical connections.
- Interpret blueprints, control drawings, one-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Oversee daily task assignments to maintain strict production schedules.
- Maintain project documentation and create accurate field red-line drawings.
- Assist with system startup, checkout, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate onsite work with electricians, HVAC contractors, and other trades.
