Located beneath The Dabney, The Dabney Cellar offers a lively and welcoming environment focused on seasonal Mid-Atlantic seafood, thoughtful cocktails, and warm, genuine hospitality.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both crafting cocktails and engaging with guests on the floor.
Ideal Candidates Will Have- 2+ years bartending experience in a restaurant or cocktail-focused environment
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest experience
- Comfort working both behind the bar and serving tables
- A positive attitude and collaborative mindset
- Ability to stay organized and composed in a busy service environment
- Prepare cocktails, wine, and other beverages with consistency and care
- Provide attentive service to bar guests and tables
- Guide guests through beverage selections and menu offerings
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
