Join the Johnny Pistola’s Team – Bartender

We’re looking to add a few bartenders to the Johnny Pistola’s team! While bartending experience is always a plus, we’re really looking for energetic, outgoing people who love interacting with guests, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited to learn. If you’re someone who can keep a cool head during a busy shift, stay organized, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you.

This position will primarily work weekends, with additional weekday shifts available to help staff the many events we host throughout the year. Previous bartending or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person with a great attitude and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a smooth and efficient bar operation throughout each shift.
• Providing exceptional service and creating a great guest experience.
• Building genuine connections with customers and helping create a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping the bar clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service.
• Communicating with support staff to ensure the bar has everything needed to operate efficiently.
• Setting up and restocking the bar before shifts and special events.
• Learning our food menu and assisting with table service when needed.
• Helping maintain the high-energy, team-oriented environment Johnny Pistola’s is known for.
