The Happy Crane is a modern Chinese restaurant in San Francisco that seeks to change the perception of what a Chinese restaurant can be. At The Happy Crane, we aim to create an environment which celebrates both the individual and the collective. Our Bartenders take the center stage at The Happy Crane as the bar is the focal point of the restaurant. The Bartender will be responsible for leading the guest experience, crafting cocktails, educating guests on Chinese culture & cuisine through the lens of our chef, Chef James Parry, as well as building relationships with the local community. The Happy Crane culture we are building is one that encourages learning and growth, striving to push ourselves to be the best version of ourselves, to nurture talent, hard work, and respect. We hope to find Bartenders that are aligned with that curiosity and dedication to their evolution as well as the restaurants.
