Pupatella brings authentic Neapolitan pizza — the same way it's been made in Naples for generations — to neighborhoods across the DC area. We're VPN-certified, import our San Marzano tomatoes, and hand-tear our mozzarella fresh every day. No shortcuts, just real Italian tradition served with modern, easygoing hospitality.

We're looking for a Bartender who knows how to make a great drink, create genuine connections with guests, and keep the bar moving while still making it feel effortless.

• Create a welcoming, energetic bar experience for every guest
• Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages consistently and efficiently
• Learn our beverage and food menus and confidently make recommendations
• Provide full food service to guests seated at the bar
• Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service
• Work closely with servers and the kitchen to keep service running smoothly
• Maintain quality and hospitality standards even during high-volume rushes
• Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety standards

• Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask without losing attention to detail
• Interest in cocktails, wine, food, and Italian culinary tradition
• A genuine passion for hospitality and making people feel welcome
