BARTENDER POSITION - TOLL MAN JOE’S

Toll Man Joe’s, originally founded in Philadelphia in 2016, is finally returning to the city! After years of searching, we found our new dream home at 12th & Pine in Washington Square West.

We’re returning as a full-service restaurant and bar featuring our award-winning wings alongside refined breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus that blend Philadelphia comfort-food favorites with globally inspired flavors. Behind the bar, guests can expect an expansive & exciting cocktail program, local beers, and thoughtfully selected wines. 

Toll Man Joe’s aspires to once again provide a comfortable space for the community to come together, enjoy great food and drinks, and watch sports! This location also provides the perfect opportunity to host special events, occasional live music, and private events as well. 

Our anticipated Grand Opening is early September 2026, just in time for football season!

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service from greeting through farewell
• Learn and consistently excel in executing our craft cocktail, beer, and wine menus
• Thrive during high-volume service while maintaining accuracy and composure
• Work closely with fellow team members and management to keep service running smoothly
• Follow proper alcohol service, sanitation, and food safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift

Compensation:

• Hourly (based on experience) + tips
