Job Title: Bartender

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and personable Bartender to join our team in a fast-paced NYC environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining efficiency behind the bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Create classic and specialty cocktails with consistency and quality
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash, credit transactions, and operate POS systems accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies
- Follow all NYC health, safety, and alcohol regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred (1–3+ years in a high-volume setting)
- Knowledge of mixology, spirits, beer, and wine
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Skills:
- Craft cocktail experience
- Familiarity with NYC nightlife or restaurant scene
