Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender/server to join our team at Revelie.
You will be responsible for preparing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, coffees and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment***
This bar is a particular one - we have to make cocktails, handmade sodas, pour wine and beer, make coffee drinks, milkshakes. etc all behind one bar all while paying attention to our amazing customers and regulars which keep our place very special. If this sounds like too much for you, do not apply for this position.
I would really love to fill this position with someone that only needs to be trained on the way Revelie's bar works - this is not a position where one tests their skills to see if they can handle it. I want a seasoned professional who has the skill and knowledge to start working and becoming part of the team. We have been open for 3 years and most of our employees have been with us for as long.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and take their orders
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine cocktails, beer, wine, and soda fountain drinks, like milkshakes and floats.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils, restocking supplies, and keeping the area free of clutter
• Monitor inventory levels 
• Juice fresh fruit
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending/serving experience in a restaurant or bar setting
• Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
• Barista knowledge A HUGE PLUS
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
