The Bartender at Coco’s is an experienced and highly collaborative individual that supports the daily leadership of the beverage program within a refined private members club environment. This role requires an individual who leads with professionalism, consistency, creativity, and a commitment to excellence in both execution and team development.

The Bartender works closely with Executive Leadership and Front of House Management to deliver an elevated dining experience that reflects the discretion, sophistication, and hospitality standards of the company. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced luxury environments, understands the importance of culture and accountability, and takes pride in being part of strong, respectful teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare classic and craft cocktails with precision and consistency

· Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar

· Guide guests through the cocktail list, food menu, and wines by the glass

· Manage opening, closing, and side-work duties to keep the bar organized and guest-ready

· Accurately enter orders and process transactions via POS

· Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar in line with health and safety standards

· Participates in monthly inventory

· Collaborate with the beverage and service team to ensure a seamless guest experience

· Communicate 86’d items, low stock, and guest notes to the Beverage Manager

Qualifications

· Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment

· Strong cocktail knowledge and technique

· Excellent communication and guest-service skills

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while staying composed and detail-oriented

· Familiarity with POS systems (Toast experience a plus)

· A team player with a positive, professional attitude

· Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

· Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol in this jurisdiction
